The members of the National Security Authority received a visit from Indonesia. The predominantly parliamentary delegation came to Slovakia and was interested in the topic of digitizing the state.
Today, digital transformation and e-government reform are Jakarta’s priorities for the coming decade. Cyber security is an essential pillar in the event of such a change. The delegation was also accompanied by representatives of the government and the Indonesian ambassador in Slovakia.
Not only should this meeting result in a future memorandum of cooperation on cyber security and an agreement on the protection of classified information.
Slovakia also has the potential to build partnerships in the strategic region of Southeast Asia. The National Security Authority has been developing bilateral relations with various countries outside the European Community for a long time. In the last two years alone, we have concluded several agreements, for example in the field of protection of classified information.
Creating and strengthening partnership cooperation is one of the NSA’s tasks, which resulted from the Action Plan for the Implementation of the National Cyber Security Strategy in the years 2021 to 2025.
